Flex Pipe leakage

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have just developed a leakage in front end of the flex pipe of exhaust. Should it be replaced or welded. Any precaution that need to taken. Also what would be aproz cost of both the above option. Request feedback. Thanks.
