When does one have the rack and pinion serviced on a 2005 Avalon Limited?

I am thinking about buying a 2nd Owner Avalon with 92K miles.  The car has
rack and pinion not a timing belt.  I want to know when to have this service,
changed, or whatever?

Therefore, when does one need to service the timing chain? How many miles?
