What type of service is performed at 130,000 miles?

Since the maintenance guide only goes to 120,000 miles, or 144 months (12years) what I would do is do the 110,000 mile service. NO need to do all the 120k all again, it's quite bit. Assuming you did have the 120k, complete, including spark plugs. Just change oil and rotate tires, inspect brakes.
