dont find vin no on corolla 2006

dear gurus:
i have no experience in vehicle and this is the fist time in my life going to purchase a car. as i have learnt that we can be sure on manufacturing year from VIN no i tried to find but failed to find where it is located in the car. My car is x corolla 2006. please help me to find the location of VIN no inside the car with picture if available

There should be a sticker on the dash at the bottom of the windshield on the driver side. There should also be stickers placed on most of the body parts giving the vin.
