If you havent already changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor button. That would be a good place to start. Maybe a cold air intake, throttle body spacer and a less restrictive exhaust. Inflate your tires to the recommended pressure and drive it a lil easier.

doing the cold air intake, tb spacer, and exhaust would actually make it worse on gas. just tune it up is all you can do. its a 350, you're not gonna get better than 15 mpg anyway

Park it in the driveway and buy something smaller! It works great for my F150! Seriously, keep the RPM's under 2000 and try not to brake hard. The harder it's driven the more gas it uses. I put a cold air intake and a better flowing single exhaust on my truck and picked up 1-2 mpg. Switching to an electric fan setup will help also. I love my truck, but high gas prices mean I drive a little commuter car to work and on errands.

I put E3 plugs with new rotor, cap, and wires and i was able to pick up 3-4 mpg on highway and in town. It is a automatic though. But it also gave me more power, you can definitely feel it.

these guys are tards i have a 91 c1500 with a 350 tbi im running almost all aftemarket parts on motor now but from experience a cold air will make it worse get a old school round specter air filter and a programer to plug into the brain to tune down the power when not needed them two things alone bosted my mpg from 17 to almost 21mpg huuuggeee differnce
