so I have a 91 chevy ive replaced the following, injector, fuel pump, fuel pump relay cap rotor plugs and wires the truck is still not running it cranks and back fires what could it possibly be

If it was running before you replaced cap and rotor, check firing order, you might've crossed spark plug wires. If it wasn't running, check spark at spark plugs and fuel pressure, if those are ok, check the timing by doing a compression test
