i have a 1991 Chevy, just recently put a 383 stroker in it.  i have holley throttle on it. the chip has not be put in it as of yet. my problem is after driving it  on a 2 hour trip, one hour in to the trip the truck started to  sputter/hesitate/ as i  increase speed.  i dont have a clue what it could be. please help??? i don't it was bad gas, so after i was low on gas from the trip i put a pint of "heat" just in case it had water in the tank. to no avail the car still sputter/hesitates

It could be a clogged fuel filter starving the engine. It's cheap and easy to replace.
