You'd have to swap over everything, not just a motor. It would be a full custom install, electrical/computer modules, plumbing, exhaust, motor mounts, transmission, drive shaft. It would cost of ton of money, and at the end of the day it's still a 318, with a crappy tranny.
Your truck would also never pass smog inspection again.
Will 89 318 dodge engine work in 92 chevy s10 an 2 barrel throttle body??
