recently just got my heater hose and water pump replaced all new but my 1994 chevy s10 is still leaking. I filled the the coolant tank a couple times and it just seems to keep disappearing. Where else can the leak be coming from?

you must pressure test to 16 pounds and wait for the sprayer to appear~

sadly if your exhaust is white...the coolant is entering the combustion chamber either through the headgasket or god forbid a cracked block~

was there an overheat? did boiling hot coolant spray onto the bottom side of the hood...muckin' it up? did someone refill with hose water to get to the next exit and then never drained the water and put the proper 50/50 mix in that? this might cause you to rust up choking the cooling potential and to overheat ya~

I just replaced my sons radiator in his 95 S-10 that had a cracked end cap. The sides of the stock radiator are made of plastic.

I agree with Judge Roy... Try this ! With engine hot, turn on heater blower and if it feels steamy and you smell a musty antifreeze order, its in your engine, most likely. Hope not! Let us know, ok?

...an engine flush is most unsavory as the mechanic must pull the "drain plugs" out of the block or punch out a freezeplug for a thorough block flush...takes time, is environmentally irresponsible as one could take whatever trappings from the coolant into five gallon buckets over to the auto parts store where they'll be happy to take them and extract all of the glycol with their machine, so birdies do not drink it and die~
