1996 Chevrolet 1500

My Chevy won't start. It had a bad
battery so I got a new one then I found
an oil leak my boyfriend said it came
from the oil pan and it stopped leaking
but now she won't start. Just kinda
sounds like she's stalled...can anyone
help!?
