Smelled raw gas at throttle body tells me there just might be a fuel leak under the hood. Take a good close look at all the fuel system plumbing. Use your nose as well as your fingers and feel around for a small wet spot. Also look at the evaporative emissions parts, the parts that send the fuel vapors from the gas tank to the carbon canister or to the intake manifold. Your vehicle may or may not have a carbon canister.

If you have a habit of trying to squeeze in more gas after the pump shuts off, you may have forced gas into your charcoal canister like Bob said. Pull the line and see if raw gas is dumping into your canister.
