torsion key lift or body lift?

im wondering if i should get a torsion key lift or a body lift on my chevy s10?
my main goal is to fit 31" tires

Well my 92 S10 Tahoe Blazer came with body lift same as 4wd but its 2wd I have the biggest tires I could fit and front they do rub just before steering is turned all the way on the inside only, its still very drivable and I think my tires (have to check) are 295 70's I know they are not 31's. When I look at mine from the sides from under the center section under door I can see the most of the frame rails, so I guess its about 3 inch body lift. HTH

I have stock aluminum wheels. So some offset wheels you may be alright.
