Dripping sound on honda crv 2003

I hear a dripping sound after turning off the
engine. It goes away after a while.

Are you sure it's a dripping sound and not a series of clicks and soft pops? Those are normal sounds a car makes when the metal expands and contacts when it's cooling off. Let me know if this is what it is. Good luck!

If its a dripping or "running water" type sound,it could be air in the cooling system.Do you seem to hear it from the dashboard area?Does it happen with the heat on?
