1997 Honda CRV overheated then stalled.overheat issue repaired now no fire

white smoke present, engine stalled. Radiator and hoses replaced. Battery
recharged, new coolant. Attempted to starte, no ignition. Auto tranny, shifter
does not shift even when key is on.

Engine over-heated and repaired? Keep testing. Did the head gasket?(s) blow? Have you tested for fire or just not starting so you believe it must be no fire? It likely has fire or will. Test all fuses/relays, there is a bad one somewhere.
