Honda Pilot AC noise

I have a weird knocking noise from the AC, it's silent on the lowest fan setting and getting louder with every higher. Sometimes it's silent on windshield and legs setting but always starts when I change it to front. Does not change when I accelerate, just a constant annoying clicking. Any suggestions ? Thanks

Have you checked around the AC blower fans there could be something in there that it's hitting only when certain sections are open. Or the flaps that control the direction that air goes for the different vents is broken and hitting the fan
