Battery died, had it replaced. However the radio never shut down and didn't
ask me to enter code. However, door locks aren't working so I think it needs to
be reset. How do I re-enter the code?

Not sure if door locks have anything to do with radio. But for the radio you will need to punch in the code using the numbered buttons on front of radio. Radio reset code is usually with manual/papers for that vehicle. If you dont have book/papers, then you will need to get from Honda dealer using vin#.

I have the code but how do you get the prompt on the radio to enter the code? There is nothing in the manual.

I have the same problem - radio stopped working after new battery was installed, but did not ask for the security code
