Chip for key

1999-2006 - has a Passlock system, basically it is a chip that tells the computer if the key is CUT the right way. If you jiggle, sneeze, or fart the wrong way it thinks you are trying to steal it and will kill the fuel system and on some models the ignition system as well. If you get a bad key made for these, and you try to jiggle it to make it work...you may or may not be able to drive away.
