my car is getting hot and the air only gets cold if im going fast. what could the problem be

I got codes p0121 and p0606 when the store checked it with their little machine.
my car gets overheated and the air wont get cold unless i am driving on the
highway or something. what could be the problem

thats what my husband said. but when the store plugged it in they got something about the computer and the throttle something

The codes have to do with the ECU but that may be due to overheating. I would fix the fan problem, clear the codes and see if they reappear.
