Brakes will not release from rotors

Asked by aaronbrown5235 Nov 16, 2016 at 06:17 AM about the 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt

I change the brake pads calibers and a master
cylinder 20 minutes of driving the brakes get hot
they will not release it slows the car down I don't
know what to do it feels like someone is pulling the
car backwards while I'm driving forward
