Unplug the radio, with 45 minutes and plug it back in. That sould fix your problem.

This issue recently happened with my 2007 Ford expedition. Checked fuses and everything seemed to be ok. Need to google how to unplug the radio. How do you know if it is not the clock spring?

I have the same problem my radio stop working I check the fuse everything seems okay I have check the relay
