How many quarts of oil is needed for a 2006 ford explorer 6v

All 6 letter but if you want to make it sure that oil level in the exact level first fill up 5 letter and half after that start the engine for few second and after that switch off the engine wait again for just 1 minute after that pull out the engine deep stick to check the level if you think that the oil level is not on the exact level then fill up the half letter lift... (It is base on my experience as light vehicle technician here in jeddah Saudi Arabia) I hope this information can help you
