Sometimes Starts sometimes won't

Our truck began to just not start one day.  We were told it was a dead battery.  
We replaced it and then it started happening again.  We can't even jump start
it when it is in this mode.  We will try repeatedly to turn the key and then just
like magic it starts right up.  It will go from nothing but a click to starting right
up.  What is wrong with it? My brother had the same issue with his ford and he
even put a new starter on and he said it still will do it.  We can't afford
replacing parts that won't fix this issue. Please Help!

possibly its the starter solenoid, had similar problem on much older truck and that fix it then

You have to replace Fuel pump n interior fuse box runs like brand new it only cost me 1300.00 .but you have too replace both

Have a 2006 f-250 5.4.3v had intermittent starting n had to start sometime right up other numes cranks to start replace filter ,pump ,interior fuse box all is good hope this helps someone out
