2006 f150 won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We were driving and cruise just stopped and then
truck slowed down.  Oil pressure went crazy then
dropped to nothing.  Pulled off side of interstate.
Turned it off.  Then tried to start it up. Nothing.
Checked oil level and it was low.  Had it towed.  
Checked it 2 days later and it showed oil. Won't
even try to turn over.  Any ideas ??? Motor ??
