My 06 ford f150 was bogging hard while driving. I pulled over and engine was rattling hard then stalled. It wont turn over now.

Rattling hard, missing, bogging down are all signs the engine may have a valve timing issue. Hard to determine without someone leaning over the fender with the hood up. Good Luck.
