Cranking issues

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The ignition sticks when you try to crank the truck,  
also it's like it tried to crank but will not turn over
and crank..... also we had a storm which hit a tree  
which is in the path of where the truck is sitting
would that by any chance habe anything n to do
with what's might be wrong?

crank and turn over are the same thing , the ignition sticks in the start position ? The ignition switch may be the problem . Did the tree hit the truck ?

It didn't, I've changed the ignition switch, and the fuel pump, I still have the same problem
