Have you taken it to a shop? An alignment shop will inspect and diagnose any suspension issue you may be experiencing. Obviously the car is NOT SAFE to drive, so make this a high priority to get it looked at and fixed. It doesn't do any good to ask people over the internet - who can't see the car - what is wrong with it, it needs to be looked at by a pro in person. Now, if I had to guess what was wrong: bad tie rod end, broken mount or bushing for a sway bar or control arm, or bad ball joint. So quit screwing around on the ol' interwebs and get it in to a shop pronto.
