Asked by Tgonzo70 Jul 26, 2019 at 05:12 PM about the 2007 Ford Focus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have had battery and alternator tested, both passed.
Battery light on dash comes on occasionally, car continues
to run fine but sometimes my gauges will quit working. No
idea what to check next.

I have a similar problem... battery light on dash comes on occasionally, car continues to run fine but sometimes headlights flicker (no problem with gauges though)... Not sure when this started but I am afraid it may have started after the installation of new alternator. have you find what the problem was?
