the oil not reatch other side of engien,what is problem?

my car is v6 and has two sides of engien.one side with oil but other not perfusion

we should examine oil pressure as it should be good and healthy...if oil was neglected or flooded or lay to waste with spiders...etc, creating a physical blockage....even those can be blasted clean with compressed air- --make sure that you've a new oil filter....a lighter oil such as 5W-30 and we will listen for the camshafts being issued a few drops of oil periodically~
