I have replaced the alternator three times on a 2006 ford mustang and continuous to go out - what is the problem?

i have the same problem with my 02 sentra i put 3 alternatos in it in 3 months and its bad again.... dont buy alternators from auto zone only napa dont buy rebuilt alternators i have been told to check for loose ground wires and to check my voltang in batterie while car is running that will tell u if the alternator is charging batteri if its hight u have an overcharging problem if low its just a blown alternator
