ST stands for style, 69 us the vehicle year and your type of vehicle is the rest: Vehical-13437 Chevelle 300 Deluxe 2-dr sport coupe Interior - 753 = Black pattern coated fabric Paint- 33 33 = Glacier Blue both up/lower color Build Date - 11E = November/5th week 01391 have to do with narrowing down your exact build date and references to your build sheet). L = 13637 Malibu sport coupe, but I think it should because Z for a 300 Deluxe Sports Coupe. I hope you weren't looking to see if it was an SS. People might say. Disk brake, boxed control arms, posi ect, round control dash. .... but they can all be swapped and changed. Build sheet in hand or Canadian built car (no letters in vin get copy of build sheet from them) is the only way 100% to know. Good Luck, Rob. PS - (No I don't think finding a v8 vin stamped either, you can stamp a engine and tranny easily)
