Factory wheel information

I am restoring my fathers truck. It is a 1993 Toyota T100 2WD. Along with paint
and interior I want to put some custom wheels on it for him and I want it all to
be a surprise. I can't seem to get the information I need to get the correct
wheels. Does anyone know the size, width, bolt pattern and offset of the orignal
rims.
