i crossed battery cables while putting in new battery blew fuses under hood was replaced  my door locks don,t work and radio don,t and it will not crank by the ignition i tried to start with a screwdriver under the hood it would turn over but not start and it won,t do nothing from the ignition but light the panel

Switching the battery cables can do a decent amount of damage to engine components. You may want to call a mechanic and see what is recommended.
