Can the bulbs be replaced, or are sealed beams required on a 1995 Corolla?

bulbs can be replaced if dont know how autozone or your local garage can replace them in 5 minutes.

Finally got the replacement bulbs (Sylvania Ultra) installed. They added maybe 30% brightness to the low beams, and another cleaning of the lenses may add a little more. We're happy with the results. For whatever reason, the high beams didn't deteriorate--maybe because these days there's not much chance to use high beams.
