why is my toyota camry 1995 making a clicking noise like something is loose underneath the hood then shuts itself off?

the lights come on. if i try to turn it on itll click then die. just got the car fixed
mechanic said there was an oil leak on the way home we made it about ten
miles then the car died.

I am not clear what the issue is on this vehicle. What Engine is in this vehicle and how many miles? This "Click:" noise you refer to to.....do you mean when you attempt to start her up....the Engine will not crank over....and...all you get is a CLICK? OR.......the engine cranks over like the battery is good.....but...the Engine will not FIRE UP and run. When it is running...then....you hear this "Click"?
