Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How do I remove the stock stereo?  I understand that it probably has a plug on the back that I can, with adapters, connect an MP3 player.

Hi Acrobatman, Depending on the device purchased to achieve the playing of MP3s on your stereo you may be able to plug right into the back of the stock stereo via the wiring harness. To do this, you have to first remove the black face-plate and then some screws holding the stock stereo to the dash frame. Slide the stereo out of the frame carefully as not to damage the wiring. Good luck!
