Car jerks at speed of 120km upwards

When you say the car jerks, please provide me a more descriptive phrase. Do you feel the transmission slipping? Meaning the gears do not "catch" when shifting? This could be due to a number of things, and especially at this high of a speed. I will monitor your post for a reply. I hope that this helps.

Perhaps do a tuneup. Change the sparkplugs and take a close look at the coil(s).
