i don't know enough about turbos or any parts that would help me with some racing and i was just asking for any tips that could get me more power

Quickest and least expensive ways are to increase air intake and expedite exhaust exit. The next thing would be a computer upgrade. That will get you good initial results. Beyond that, it gets into engine internals, forced induction and becomes more labor intensive. Conduct research on a complete exhaust system revision and the best cold air intake for your model Toyota. I'd suggest JET electronics for a ECU upgrade.
