2001 subaru forester won't start

Question type: General

I just got this 01 forester awd from coil packs to
trying to disarm the alarm when I first got the car I
was told it dyed on the e way coming home and
hasn't started since I got it to finely crank but not
turn over fule pump is turning on when I put the
new battery in the alarm lights was going off I got
it to stop flashing but still wont start.

Also there was a after market radio installed without a adapter by the preavice owner
