Bad running Audi A61.9 Tdi combo 2001 after rain.

I have an audi A6 1.9 Tdi combo of 2001. When the weather is dry there is no
problem. But after rain the car runs bad for the first 3 to 4 miles.  When i start
the car after rain it is smoking a lot and it seems it does not get enough diesel
but after a few miles it runs very smooth.
