my 04 vue shimmies when i brake

my vue shimmies when i brake, i changed the brake pads and the rotors look good?? Im lost please give me a hand.

yeah thanks a lot i just bought two new rotors today, hopefully this will stop the shimmy also is there any chance that my struts are going, when i go over bumps i can hear a rattling sound? thanks tim.
