Before you start changing parts, check to see if your diagnostic system has recorded any trouble codes. Typically, your "service Engine" dash lamp will also be lit, but if not, I would have your codes scanned anyway at your local shop or parts store. With that knowledge, you can then move to trying to fix what you found.

Could be you need to change your fuel filter like the hundred thousand mile maintenance fuel filter air filter PVC valve plug wires and spark plugs and then see what you got, when's the last time you did a major tune-up?

Plus you need to do your mass airflow sensor cleaning and the throttle bottle body cleaning with a spray can of special mass air flow cleaner look on YouTube to see how to do it. Have you done that that helps to Tune the engine.
