How can I get window stuck down in door panel pulled up ?

I could see the tracking was off, I accidently rolled
the window all the way down now it will not roll up.
You can hear the motor for down but not when you
press up. I tried the duct tape trick of pulling it up
and even got my fingers in there to press up but it's
locked in place.

How do I get the front window down and I 2000 model Grand down cut does not have electric motor to raise it up or down
