My car loses revs at idle at traffic lights when it is heated up and when I go to accelerate away from those lights it struggles to get moving then suddenly it will just take off. Thoughts please.

If it is doing this you have likely had the engine light on for a little while. Have it scanned would be the fastest way to find out what it is. Its probably something wrong with either a blocked crank case hose or a bad throtal body. have the codes scanned cause it could be one of a hundred different things. And it is ussaly best to include the engine type you have in the thread as knowing the engine can also help trouble shoot a problem.
