COULD A FUSE BE BLOWED, KEEPING MY BLOWER FROM WORKING, ON AIR AND HEAT?

It could. Or the ballast resistor could also be gone. Did it quit all at once, or did it fail gradually by losing the low speeds and then the high speeds?

Resistor. Mine went bad in my 2005 grand prix last winter along with the blower motor. Pain in the ass to get it out by yourself.
