Reading misfire

202 Pontiac Grand Am Reading a misfire, recently
changed the catalytic converter a week after it
started to run like a Motor boat that’s when I get the
misfire change the mana fold changed the spark
plugs still misfire. When I start the car it sounds like
it’s idling ok till I put it in drive it bogs down like it
goes in motor boat mode engine like on. I’m going
crazy here need help

I think the converter broke apart and clogged the exhaust,that were the running issue is coming from. Engine can't breathe.
