most 02 grand am's are universal for exterior items such as light housings, red with the black stripes, and small reverse in the rear....call a local junk yard, or dealer, and tell them the year, make and model if you wish to a second opinion, and if they ask that, give the v.i.n., and they will look it up that way, but you should be ok with either

I have a pair of SE tails. I could sell you one. I installed GT tails.
