My 2002 Firebird's driver side window rattles when I drive even when the road is smooth. The only way to stop it is to keep putting the window up and down. How could I fix the rattle?

It may be out of the track on top or bottom or the rubber it rides in is missing.

Is there a way I can fix it? Like take it to my mechanic and let him up the rubber in? And where would I buy the rubber?

First you will need to take it to a mechanic and have him pull the door panel off to see exactly what you need.
