I have 2003 grand am I just change my thermostat an it is overheating

Was it overheating prior to replacing the thermostat? If not you may have gotten a defective park, or the system could be air locked if it wasn't bled properly. If it was overheating before and changing the thermostat didn't resolve the issue it could be a water pump or a bad coolant temperature sensor
