Can i trade my car for a used car?

You can't swap cars but you can trade yours in for a few pennies and buy another one. You will not get much at all for a 15 year old car.

With the age of your car selling it yourself will get you a better price as long as it is in running condition. Otherwise, trade it for what you can get.
