Call a locksmith ... he can put a new tumbler on the car that will unlock the steering wheel and trans and give you a key BUT .. you can't start the car until you get a key that has a transponder (about $15 on Ebay) once you have the transponder key you will have to program it ( easy to do ... Google for the instructions ) Sounds like you want to have the car towed, Even if you get the trans out of park ... the steering wheel will still be locked. .. and by the time you get it all disconnected and reconnected you will be wishing you paid the Locksmith .... plus .... you are still going to need a key

Annette, To get a car out of Park without a key is easy.... First you put the emergency brake on and block the wheels so the car won't roll off the jack. Next you jack the car up enough to get under it ... before you crawl under the car make sure to put "Jack Stands" under the car in-case if the jack fails you won't get crushed. ... next you crawl under the car and locate the levers coming from the shifter .. once you locate the correct lever you simply pull it out of the shifter arm and force the arm out of Park **** Note **** Pray that you blocked the back wheels firmly or the car may roll off the jack and kill you when the car transmission no longer has the front wheel locked . You now have the transmission out of park and the front wheels are free to roll. It is assumed by many of us who do this for free because we get some satisfaction from helping people ... it is assumed they have a clue what we are talking about ... otherwise "Why would someone ask a question when the answer was beyond their comprehension?" BTW ... if your getting the car towed (My lame interpretation of why someone would want something done on a car when they had no way of starting or driving it?). If you are using a tow-bar to relocate the car ... place get someone capable of hooking the car to it correctly or you could damage the trans.
